Art Workshop - National Steinbeck Center

9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For artists high school age and above, beginning level to advanced. Two-day workshop where students work with artists creating watercolor paintings of different florals. Artist demonstrations and critic. Supplies not included, but available in the Museum Store.
Day 1: $65 for members / $90 for non-members
Day 1 & 2: $100 for members / $125 for non-members

A two day water media workshop with a floral emphasis. Bring your own supplies and a project to work on that Marian can help you with.
Marian Dunn is an award-winning, internationally acclaimed artist, currently living in Salt Lake City , Utah . She holds her B.F.A. and Graduate Studies from the University of Utah and has done Art Media Studies in Italy , France , California , Utah , Arizona , Idaho and South Carolina . She has artwork in many different permanent collections including the National Steinbeck Center , University of Utah Fine Arts Museum , Springview Art Museum and Salt Lake City International Airport . The Salinas Valley Art Association is a nonprofit organization established for the purpose of promoting and stimulating artists within the Salinas Valley through group meetings with art demonstrations, workshops, exhibits and social activities. SVAA shall endeavor to nurture an environment that supports and helps to develop creativity, innovation and diversity of artistic thought and expression in order to contribute to the awareness and enhancement of the rich and diverse cultures of the Salinas Valley.
